CoachElev Pro is the professional counterpart of the marketplace. A dedicated space where coaches manage their entire business: public profile, client requests, scheduling, invoicing, and client relations — all in an interface designed for daily use. The goal: replace Excel, notebooks, and WhatsApp with a single, fast, and reliable tool.
The challenge
A pro tool must be adopted daily — meaning it needs to be faster and simpler than alternatives. The challenge was designing a portal that structures coaches' business without adding complexity, with total product consistency with the consumer-facing side.
How we did it
Pragmatic business UX
Each screen was designed around the coach's real tasks: view requests, manage schedule, track revenue — no clutter.
Smart automation
80% of administrative tasks are automated: confirmations, reminders, status updates — so coaches can focus on coaching.
Product consistency
The pro portal shares the same visual language and logic as the consumer site, creating a unified experience.
