CoachElev is a sports coaching marketplace that connects individuals with over 500 certified coaches across France. The platform offers a seamless journey from discovery to booking, with a rating system (4.9/5 average), detailed coach profiles, and a mobile-first experience — since 75% of traffic comes from smartphones.
The challenge
On a marketplace, the first challenge is trust: how do you convince a user to book a coach they've never met? We needed to design a frictionless journey — from discovery to booking — with special attention to mobile where the majority of traffic is concentrated.
How we did it
Frictionless user journey
Every step of the journey was designed to reduce effort: intuitive search, relevant filters, booking in just a few clicks.
Omnipresent social proof
Ratings, reviews, number of sessions completed — trust elements are integrated at every touchpoint in the journey.
Mobile-first design
The interface was designed mobile-first, with optimized touch interactions and minimal loading times.
